As a Writer + Researcher, your primary responsibility will be to craft compelling scripts and content for our video projects across platforms like YouTube and social media. You’ll collaborate with content creators, video editors, and producers to create impactful narratives that engage our audience. 📍 Your Typical JD Checklist:
- Location: Gurgaon
- Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
- CTC: Based on experience and skills
- Experience: 6 months–2 years in any creative industry
- Reporting To: Director, Masters’ Union Creative Studio
🎯 What Will Your Day-to-Day Work Look Like?
- Collaborate with content creators to understand project goals, target audience, and content formats.
- Conduct in-depth research on trends, industry topics, and audience preferences to develop creative content ideas.
- Develop well-structured, engaging scripts that convey the intended message or story effectively.
- Incorporate basic SEO practices into scripts to improve search visibility and video performance (we can help you learn this!).
- Provide clear guidelines to video editors and producers to ensure the script’s vision is executed seamlessly.
- Revise and refine scripts based on feedback and performance analytics.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in video content creation and social media platforms.
