At Masters’ Union Creative Studio, we believe student journeys aren’t just stories they’re cinematic case studies of ambition, hustle, and breakthrough. We're looking for a Writer + Director who can turn these journeys into powerful, story-driven short films that move people and build brand love.

📍 Your Typical JD Checklist:

• Location: Gurgaon
• Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
• CTC: Based on experience and skills
• Experience: 2-5 years in any creative industry
• Reporting To: Creative Director, Masters’ Union Creative Studio

🎯 What Will Your Day-to-Day Work Look Like?

• Own the end-to-end journey of a student story: from scripting to direction to final cut.
• Work closely with students to bring their entrepreneurial / academic journey to life..
• Direct shoots with lean crews; lead interview conversations and visual storytelling on ground.
• Work with editors to ensure final film reflects your story arc and emotional rhythm.
• Collaborate with creative directors, motion designers, and brand team for rollout.

🛠️ Skills Required for the Role:

Hard Skills

• Strong scripting and storytelling ability (documentary / human interest formats).
• Direction experience even if student or indie-led.
