TL;DR: As a Long Form YouTube Editor, you’ll shape how our stories are experienced end-to-end from raw footage to final output. You’ll work on podcasts, interviews, and IPs, turning them into tight, engaging, high-retention content that people actually watch till the end.

📍 Your Typical JD Checklist:

• Location: DLF Cyber Park, Gurgaon
• Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
• CTC: Based on experience and skills
• Experience: 1–4 years in editing long-form YouTube content (podcasts, interviews, shows)
• Reporting To: Post Production Lead Masters’ Union Creative Studio

🎯 What Will Your Day-to-Day Work Look Like?

• Edit long-form YouTube videos with a strong focus on retention and pacing
• Cut down raw footage into tight, engaging narratives removing fluff, keeping it crisp
• Add basic motion, text, sound design, and transitions to enhance storytelling
• Work closely with producers and creative team to understand intent, tone, and audience
• Identify and pull out high-performing moments for repurposing (shorts, clips, etc.)
• Maintain consistency in quality, style, and delivery timelines

🛠️ Skills Required for the Role:

• Experience editing long-form YouTube content (not just reels/shorts)
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and retention mechanics
