📍 Your Typical JD Checklist:

• Location: Gurgaon
• Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
• CTC: Based on experience and skills
• Experience: 2-4 years in any creative industry
• Reporting To: Creative Director, Masters’ Union Creative Studio

🎯 What Will Your Day-to-Day Work Look Like?

• Lead end-to-end production as the Executive Producer across all content formats.
• Manage and maintain high-functioning relationships with production houses, directors, artists, writers, and freelancers.
• Pre-empt and solve operational or logistical blockers like a pro.
• Decode creative briefs into real-world executions that match our brand tone, quality, and ambition.
• Track budgets like a hawk — spend smart, not safe.
• Approve timelines, track deliverables, and ensure quality doesn’t slip — no matter the constraint.
• Be the “yes, and…” person when others say no.
• Be the bridge between creative ambition and production feasibility.
