📍 Your Typical JD Checklist
- Location: DLF Cyber Park, Gurgaon (work from office)
- Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
- CTC: Based on experience and skills
- Experience: 4–7 years in post-production management across video or film formats
- Reporting To: Executive Producer / Head of Creative Ops — Masters' Union Creative Studio
👇 What You'll Be Responsible For
- Manage the end-to-end post-production pipeline across all MU content verticals — social, long-form, ads, and podcasts.
- Own project management for all post work: editorial timelines, colour, sound, motion graphics, and final delivery.
- Coordinate and manage the post team — editors, colorists, motion graphics artists, and sound designers.
- Build and maintain post-production workflows, naming conventions, folder structures, and asset management systems.
- Ensure every deliverable hits quality standards before it goes out — no compromise on the final frame.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks in the post pipeline — if it's slow, you fix it.
- Manage post-production vendor relationships — colour houses, sound studios, and VFX freelancers.
- Track delivery timelines across all active projects and flag risks early.
