- Location: DLF Cyber Park, Gurgaon (work from office)
- Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
- CTC: Based on experience and skills
- Experience: 3- 6 years running social media for a youth, lifestyle, or education brand (agency or in-house).
- Reporting To: Divyam Goenka Associate ****Brand Director -Masters’ Union Creative Studio

- Own the entire social media ecosystem strategy, content, growth, and engagement.
- Build the tone, identity, and rhythm for how Masters’ Union shows up online.
- Lead content creation across formats posts, reels, threads, shorts, carousels — everything.
- Work closely with design, copy, and video teams to deliver stories that feel like culture, not curriculum.
- Identify trends, conversations, and moments that make the brand relevant every day.
- Manage content calendars, publishing, and performance tracking across all platforms.
- Turn analytics into insights and insights into better stories.
