TL DR : Masters' Union runs on stories. Great stories build great brands, and great brands change everything. We're obsessed with content because we know that's how you cut through the noise, connect with people, and actually matter.

You're going to run the entire creative machine that makes this happen.

📍 Your Typical JD Checklist:

👇 What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  1. Lead the creative army You'll manage our Creative Directors and Executive Producers the people who make our best work. Set their goals, clear their path, and make sure they're creating stuff that actually moves the needle. No micromanaging, just clear direction and the support they need to do their best work.
  2. Be the bridge Every team at Masters UG, PG, Executive Education they all need content. You're the single point of contact who figures out what they need, translates that into creative briefs that make sense, and gets it done. No more confusion, no more endless email chains.
  3. Build new things See a gap? Build a pod. Need a new way of working? Design it. The role isn't just about managing what exists you'll create new teams, new processes, new initiatives as we grow. Including setting up our new OTT division because we're going big on video content.
  4. Own the content engine From the initial idea to the final post, you make sure our content machine runs smooth. Quality stays high, deadlines get met, and everything we put out there represents who we are.

💪Why this matters:

We're not just making content for the sake of it. We're building a brand that stands for something. Every piece of content we create is a chance to show people what Masters Union is really about and that's what great storytelling does.

We're bullish on content because we've seen what happens when you get it right. Stories change minds, build communities, and create movements. That's what we're after.
