• Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
• CTC: Based on experience and skills
• Experience: 2–4 years in business media, content, or creative production
• Reporting To: Abhishek Mishra Executive Producer-Masters’ Union Creative Studio

👇 What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Drive the creation of high-quality podcast videos — from research and scripting to shoot and edit supervision.
• Collaborate with writers to develop sharp, insightful content ideas around business, finance, and technology.
• Shape the structure and pacing of each episode — give editorial cuts and maintain narrative flow.
• Manage timelines, coordinate with editors, and ensure every deliverable is on-brand and on time.
• Keep content fresh by bringing in trending topics, founder stories, and data-driven insights.
• Track performance metrics and iterate ideas based on what’s working.
