As a Colorist, you’ll be the final touch in our storytelling process, ensuring every frame looks stunning and evokes the right emotion. You’ll work closely with video editors and directors to enhance the visual appeal of our content—from YouTube videos and social campaigns to branded films. If you have a strong eye for color, detail, and mood creation, this is the role for you!

📍 Your Typical JD Checklist:

• Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
• Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
• CTC: Based on experience and skills
• Experience: 6 months–2 years in any creative industry
• Reporting To: Director, Masters’ Union Creative Studio

🎯 What Will Your Day-to-Day Work Look Like?

• Color grade videos to enhance visual mood, consistency, and storytelling impact.
• Collaborate with editors and directors to understand the creative vision and ensure visual alignment.
• Work on skin tone corrections, exposure adjustments, and cinematic color palettes.
• Develop and maintain color templates and LUTs (Look-Up Tables) for consistency across content.
• Perform color matching across shots to ensure continuity in scenes.
• Manage projects from RAW footage to final export, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in color grading and video aesthetics.

🛠️ Skills Required for the Role:

• Color Grading Software: Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (preferred), Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
