📌 TL;DR: Off Campus on YouTube is MU's long-form storytelling home — where campus life, student ambition, and real-world building get the runtime they deserve. You'll lead the creative on every episode, from the first story brief to the final cut note.

👇 What You'll Be Responsible For
- Own the creative direction for Off Campus on YouTube — episode concepts, story arcs, narrative structure, and visual tone.
- Develop story ideas with the writing and research team, and pressure-test every angle until the story earns its runtime.
- Write or supervise scripts, episode treatments, and interview frameworks for each upload.
- Collaborate with the DOP to develop a visual language that feels premium and distinctly MU — not campus promo.
- Lead the editorial process: give precise, actionable notes on every cut from assembly to picture lock.
- Manage the creative team day-to-day — writers, researchers, and editors — keeping them aligned, unblocked, and delivering.
- Study YouTube performance data and bring editorial insights back to the content strategy — what's retaining, what's losing audiences, and why.
- Ensure every Off Campus episode has a clear thesis, a memorable centre, and a reason someone finishes it.
