Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
CTC: Based on experience and skills
Experience: 4–7 years in video content, branded storytelling, or editorial leadership
Reporting To: Creative Director / Executive Producer — Masters' Union Creative Studio
👇 What You'll Be Responsible For
- Own the creative direction for all Family Business content — concept, narrative arc, episode structure, visual tone.
- Develop and pressure-test story ideas with the writing and research team.
- Write or supervise scripts, question frameworks, and story outlines for each episode.
- Collaborate with the DOP to translate the creative vision into a visual language.
- Lead editorial reviews — give clear, precise feedback on cuts that pushes quality up every time.
- Manage the creative team: writers, researchers, editors — set expectations, track delivery, clear blocks.
- Stay plugged into the world of Indian family businesses — what's being written, what's trending, what's still untold.
