📍 Your Typical JD Checklist

• Location: DLF Cyber Park, Gurgaon (work from office)
• Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
• CTC: Based on experience and skills
• Experience: 2-3 year experience in video production or cinematography
• Reporting To: DOP / Director / Creative Producer - Masters' Union Creative Studio

👇 What You'll Be Responsible For

• Assist the DOP and camera operators on all MU shoots — setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Manage gear: cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, and lighting equipment.
• Assist with lighting setup, C-stand rigging, and reflector management.
• Handle media management — card offloads, labelling, and organized file handoffs to post-production.
• Operate secondary camera rigs (gimbal, handheld) under direction.
• Anticipate what the crew needs next and move before being asked.
• Maintain gear in excellent condition and flag any technical issues immediately.
• Learn fast — every shoot is a chance to level up.
