As the Assistant Cinematographer at Masters' Union Creative Studio, you'll be part of a mighty crew that turns wild ideas into scroll-stopping visuals. From lens to timeline, you’ll assist in capturing content that feels fresh, polished, and platform-native, and then shape it into stories that spark attention across YouTube, Instagram, and more.

📍 Your Typical JD Checklist:

• Location: Gurgaon
• Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday
• CTC: Based on experience and skills
• Experience: 1-2 years in any creative industry
• Reporting To: Director, Masters’ Union Creative Studio

🎯 What Will Your Day-to-Day Work Look Like?

• Own the visual language of Masters’ Union across all content formats.
• Plan and execute shoots, from single-camera setups to multi-cam productions.
• Collaborate closely with directors, writers, producers, and editors.
• Lead lighting, camera, and sound setup for a variety of shoots, from sit-down interviews to Student Stories.
• Direct and manage camera crew (assistants, ACs, gaffers) on set.
• Manage and maintain gear and shoot logistics in coordination with the production team.
• Work with editors in the post-production pipeline to bring your vision to life
• Operate camera and gimbal rigs under direction.
